Multi-modality, the answer to today's economic demands
- Direct motorway access : close to the A7 motorway linking Marseille to Lyon and Paris and the A54 motorway linking Spain to Italy, Clesud will soon have access to the A56 motorway.
- Direct rail access : direct branch lines to the Miramas marshalling yard, the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region SNCF goods traffic hub which provides all the necessary interchange facilities with the European network.
- Sea-Air access: close to Marseille-Provence international airport (No.1 provincial airport for freight) and the Distriport maritime logistics hub (Port of Marseille No.1 Mediterranean port), Clesud has a rail link to the Fos container terminal.

Inter-modality, a complement to existing installations
- Road-Rail : Clesud is linked to the rail network which enables it to handle whole trains or individual trucks. Furthermore, the opening of the mixed-technology combined transport site will provide increased diversification of rail mode capacity.
- Sea-Road / Air-Road : the nearby port of Fos (a sea hub which targets large international shipping lines and forwarding agents and mainly intercontinental traffic) and Marseille-Provence international airport (which targets operators or airlines to develop its European and intercontinental freight traffic) are two further useful resources.
- River / Road : Clesud is just 20 minutes from 2 river ports : Arles and Port-Saint-Louis-du-Rhône.
