LOGISTIS, created in 1999, is a grouping of la Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC IXIS), Prédica (life assurance subsidiary of Crédit Agricole) and la Caisse Nationale de Prévoyance (CNP).
LOGISTIS today owns, through the SCIs Distripôle Parisud, Distripôle Plaine de l'Ain, Distripôle Clesud and Distripôle Thionville Porte de France, 4 logistics parks under construction by PRD. With the other projects underway, the programme represents a commitment in time of more than 1.2 million m² and a total investment of 500 million Euros.
DISTRIPOLE is today the largest French network of new generation rental logistics parks. The programme of the Clesud Distripôle park involves the construction of 120,000 m² of warehousing spread over four buildings. Two buildings totalling 45,000 m² have already been delivered and a third warehouse of 34,000 m² is under construction.
