With 150 acres of the first block sold, the marketing of Clesud is already commited for half the total available surface area.
There is no doubt about the success of the operation, 7 buildings, representing 149.600 m² of warehouse space have already been delivered and 60.000 m² are under construction.
The first installations have been operational for several months and the rail branch line is already functional.
