Plots ready to build, or warehouses available for sale or rent, Clesud offers large surfaces exclusively dedicated to logistics, free from Local Development Tax (TLE) and targets essentially :
- European and international manufacturers,
- Transport logistics service companies,
- Distributors (supermarket chains, specialist distributors...)
The Etablissement Public d'Aménagement et de Développement Ouest-Provence (EPAD) is responsible for the development and marketing of Clesud and offers immediately available plots :
- all services on site,
- rail branch lines in place,
with full respect for tomorrow's logistics requirements (safety and security surveillance system, accidental pollution control, surface water drainage system...).
