- The work underway on the heavy goods vehicle parking area will be completed in the second half of November.
- The start of fencing work, programmed for mid-December, is likely to be delayed until the beginning of January 2003, to be completed by the end of March.
- The project for the installation of a road signage system has been defined by the D.D.E. (French Public Works Ministry) and provides for 5 « Clésud » directional arrows at the main crossroads in the vicinity of the hub (objective 15th January) together with supplementary « Miramas » signs from Fos-sur-Mer (objective June 2003).
- Epad has just had a study undertaken of the internal lighting of the site.
- TNT Logistics France : the commissioning of the warehouse, already let to a large supermarket chain, will commence in December 2002 and will continue until March 2003.
In time, it will handle 40 rail trucks per day, at peak periods, with a staff of more than one hundred, equivalant to 14 million packages per annum for the «brewery» activity of the above chain.
- Aixor : This company, which manages the « Warehouse » sector of TNT Logistics France, of which it is a subsidiary, is the tenant of the 3rd Prologis building. Commisioning is planned for the beginning of 2003.
- The two TNT Logistics France and Aixor warehouses, soon to be operational, were built by G.S.E.
